An iconic and historic product from the Liège-based chocolate maker Galler, the filled bar is a true gourmet delight. In these four squares of dark chocolate, the praline is combined with espresso mousse.
Ingredients:
Chocolate (51%) : cocoa paste, sugar, low fat cocoa powder, emulsifier : soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. Cocoa : 60% min. Filling (49%) : sugar, vegetable fat (shea butter, coconut oil, sunflower oil), cocoa paste, hazelnuts 6%, inulin, whey powder (milk), coffee extract 2%, dextrose, low fat cocoa powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier : soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, natural hazelnut flavouring.
