An iconic and historic product from the Liège-based chocolate maker Galler, the filled bar is a true gourmet delight. These four squares of milk chocolate alternate between light praline, hazelnut pieces, a soft centre and a crunchy texture.
Ingredients:
Chocolate (52%) : sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa paste, emulsifier : soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. Cocoa : 30% min. Filling (48%) : sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, hazelnuts 13%, vegetable fat (shea butter, coconut oil, sunflower oil), inulin, crispy cereals 2% (rice flour, wheat flour (gluten), wheat malt, sugar, wheat gluten, dextrose, salt), whey powder (milk), dextrose, skimmed milk powder, coconut, emulsifier : soy lecithin, low fat cocoa powder, natural vanilla flavouring, natural hazelnut flavouring.
