A traditional classic made with a soft dough and
buttered, spread and then topped with a mixture of cinnamon
and sugar. The dough is cut into pieces, which
are then hand-rolled into small loaves before the
cooking, which gives a soft, tender sweetness with
a warm flavour of cinnamon.
